KUOI-FM is a radio station in Idaho. It's located in Moscow, Idaho on the University of Idaho campus. Back in the 1990s, KUOI was only allowed to broadcast with 50 watts of power (yes, less than a dim incandescent light bulb). I think they can broadcast with more now.
