Draft Rule 20220202a
Draft Rule 20220202a -- Listen to others, you may learn something from them.
It may be something that they have some hard-won wisdom that you don't have. Even if they are younger than you are, or if they're a babbling old geezer who hasn't kept up with the times, they might have something useful to say. It's surprising what you can learn from others, so remember to talk less than you listen.
History[edit | edit source]
I fleshed out a different one of these rules, and I realized that I didn't have one for the old trope of "you have two ears and one mouth for a reason". -- RobLa (talk) 09:26, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
